Traci’s Mix Request

Recently a #RunRocker by the name of Traci emailed on our our DJ’s, DJ Riggz, saying she loved his new running mix “Grrl Power”. In fact, she had been running to it all week!

But, she had a request to take some of her favorite tracks and have him spin them into DJ mix because DJ mixes have more energy, you don’t have to wait for the next song to come, and in general are awesome. Ok, so she didn’t say that last part – but that’s our guess on why she wanted these songs in a mix . Traci, if you’re reading, feel free to correct us.

We have a number of mixes in the works right now that we are looking to put out and it can be tough to prioritize what which mixes should be done first. DJ Riggz suggested that we put her playlist to a vote! If it gets enough votes, we make the playlist right away. If not, well, we’ll keep it under consideration and slot it in when we can.

So here’s how it will work:

1. Review Traci’s playlist below
2. Vote in the poll whether you would like to see this playlist get made into a promotional DJ mix
3. We’ll count the votes at the end of one week (1/26/12)
4. If over 50% of you say yes to this mix, Riggz will turn the playlist into a DJ mix and make it available on RockMyRun.com on 1/30/12 for #NewMixMonday.
